A hybrid per diem Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to support a young learner’s communication development through the end of the 2026-2027 school year. As a vital resource for a third-grade student at Building Connections Academy, you will deliver 60 minutes of therapy per week, with additional responsibilities for IEP preparation, attendance, and related support when needed. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current SLP-CCC credential
• Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and hybrid service delivery preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, thorough, and adaptable to changing needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services (in-person and remotely) for a 3rd-grade student, expanding services as needed
• Consult with academic teams and families to support the student’s success
• Attend and document IEP meetings, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements
• Develop and implement targeted treatment plans, track progress, and update goals as appropriate
• Offer professional recommendations and collaborate on interventions as part of a supportive education team
