Job Overview: We are seeking energetic, upbeat technicians with a passion for solving tough problems and doing what's right for our customers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnosing and fixing vehicles for customers
• Building experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Conducting full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Troubleshooting customer concerns as part of a team
• Promoting high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Communicating effectively with the service department and customers
• Collaborating with other technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• Willingness to work hard with a positive attitude and desire to serve others
• Honesty, ethics, and representation of the best in the industry
• Accountability and high standards for oneself and others
• Partnership, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• Current ASE Certifications 1-8, L1 (Desired)
• Diagnostic genius capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
• Ability to flag 40-60 hours per week in one bay
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication
• Desire for long-term career development
• Clean driving record and insurability

Physical requirements include:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above the head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity to use hand tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Efficiently navigate a computer
