Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) to join our healthcare team. This position is available for immediate start and involves a standard full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, primarily from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with every other weekend and holiday off.
Job Responsibilities
- Administer medications and participate in treatment plans for residents.
- Document patient care and progress using paper Medication Administration Records (MAR) and Treatment Administration Records (TAR).
- Provide compassionate care to residents in long-term care settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Experience with PCC charting is highly preferred.
- Ability to efficiently pass medications and perform necessary treatments.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in long-term care or nursing homes is a plus.
Schedule
This position requires the ability to work a set schedule of 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a commitment to each other every other weekend (EOW) and each other holiday (EOH).
Location
Position available in various long-term care and nursing home facilities within the region, specifically in notable cities including Dallas, TX.
