Creative Director

The Creative Director at PYEK leads and delivers the creative vision across PYEK water parks, with a focus on cohesive, compelling, on-brand visual and conceptual work. This is a leadership role with hands-on creative involvement, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and shaping campaigns, production, and daily creative output. Creative Vision and Brand Standards Define, evolve, and uphold the creative vision and visual standards across all water park brands and locations Ensure consistency across digital, social, paid media, print, signage, and in-park experiences Review, refine, and approve creative assets to maintain quality and alignment with the brand Balance high-level brand thinking with the practical realities of seasonal, live, and outdoor environments Campaign and Concept Leadership Lead creative concepting for campaigns, seasonal initiatives, launches, and major park moments in partnership with the Brand Manager and Brand Team Contribute to creative execution, including concept development and art direction, with select hands-on work as needed Act as a hands-on designer by contributing directly to graphics, layouts, and other visual assets when required Production Direction (On-Site Photo and Video) Direct and oversee on-site photo and video productions Set shot lists, tone, and creative priorities for productions Team Management and Collaboration Manage and mentor in-house creatives, production team members, and freelance partners Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Marketing and marketing leadership to align creative strategy with business goals, timelines, and budgets Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within a brand, agency, or production environment Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven campaigns and visual storytelling Experience directing photography and videography productions Proven ability to create and manage high-quality creative work Strong understanding of branding, visual systems, and content strategy Clear communicator with strong leadership and decision-making skills Experience in lifestyle, entertainment, or attraction-based brands preferred Tools Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite #J-18808-Ljbffr PYEK
