Primary Care NP - Outpatient | $150K + Bonus | Weekdays Only

A patient-centered primary care practice in Hudson, Massachusetts is hiring an experienced NP for a role built around three things most primary care positions don't deliver together — strong compensation, genuine clinical autonomy, and a team culture that actually supports the providers in it. You'll manage your own patient panel within an integrated group of NPs and DNPs under one supervising physician, backed by dedicated MAs, on-site lab services, and AI‑powered documentation tools designed to protect your time inside and outside the clinic. Monday–Friday, outpatient only, $130,000–$150,000 base plus RVU productivity bonus, HSA, FSA, paid parental leave, and malpractice covered.
