Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shifts, 8–10 Hour Flexible Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | No weekends, holidays, float, or on-call required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a busy outpatient rural clinic setting, managing approximately 8–10 patients per 8-hour day
• Treat a wide variety of conditions across all adult age ranges, including mixed orthopedic and some neurological cases (basic orthopedic pediatric cases included)
• Work independently, manage a full caseload, and complete documentation in a timely manner
• Adapt to a dynamic clinic environment, demonstrating resilience and the ability to manage change effectively
• Maintain professional business casual attire and uphold facility health and safety policies, including applicable masking requirements during flu season if vaccination is declined

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Current AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• General PT and orthopedic skills; no minimum experience level specified
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Background treating a mixed caseload including orthopedic and neurological conditions across varied age groups
• Experience in outpatient or rural clinic settings is a plus
