Contractor Opportunity: Tech Support Senior Analyst Location: Onsite – San Francisco, CA Engagement Type: Contractor via Third-Party Supplier Contracting Entity: Accenture Supplier of Record: Artech Start Date: 10/19/2026 Duration: 6 Months About the Role: We are seeking qualified contractors to fulfill the role of IT Support Senior Analyst, who will be responsible for providing hands‑on technical support to Accenture employees through onsite IT Solutions Bars while partnering with infrastructure, network, and workplace technology teams to deliver an exceptional end‑user experience. This position requires a blend of technical troubleshooting expertise, customer service excellence, collaboration, and execution to support desktop technologies, collaboration platforms, workplace technology services, and VIP stakeholders that drive employee productivity and business operations. This opportunity is open to individuals located in the Los Angeles area and surrounding communities. As this is a fully onsite role, candidates must be able to work from the designated office location and provide direct, face‑to‑face support to employees. This position may require occasional after‑hours or weekend work to support maintenance activities and a limited amount of local travel. Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third‑party payroll supplier, Artech, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes. Key Responsibilities Provide hands‑on technical support and issue resolution through onsite IT Solutions Bars. Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS (OSX), and Microsoft 365 environments. Serve as the first escalation point for complex desktop, laptop, software, and collaboration platform issues. Conduct customer support floor walks and proactively engage employees to identify and resolve technology concerns. Deliver high‑touch support for VIP users, senior leaders, and executive stakeholders. Build strong relationships with employees and business stakeholders through exceptional customer service. Collaborate with network, infrastructure, and workplace technology teams to resolve technical issues. Participate in US-based technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Continue developing technical expertise, business acumen, and AI-related capabilities. Develop subject matter expertise in assigned technology domains based on business needs and opportunities. Deliverables or Project Scope Resolve hardware, software, operating system, and collaboration platform incidents in accordance with established service expectations. Maintain accurate ticket documentation and incident records within ITIL-based service management processes. Provide weekly laptop inventory reporting and support asset lifecycle management activities. Deliver workstation setup, deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support services. Support enterprise collaboration technologies, including meetings and workplace technology experiences. Assist with network connectivity troubleshooting in partnership with infrastructure support teams. Ensure a high-quality customer experience that promotes employee productivity and satisfaction. Participate in after-hours maintenance and support activities when required. Minimum 3+ years of Customer Technical Support experience. Minimum 3+ years of Customer Experience Management experience. Minimum 3 years of Service Desk or Desktop Support experience. Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS (OSX), and Microsoft 365. Minimum 3 years of experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, and Webex. Minimum 3 years of experience working with ITIL-based service management tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively support non‑technical users, senior leadership, and executives. Preferred Qualifications CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent). ITIL Foundations Certification. Technical degree, diploma, or relevant technical certifications. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) experience. Quality Assurance (QA) experience. Experience supporting VIP and executive‑level stakeholders. Experience working within large enterprise IT environments. Compliance Notes This is a contractor role administered through a third‑party payroll supplier. The supplier will determine compensation, benefits, and applicable employment policies. Compensation Disclosure Compensation for contractor roles supporting Accenture is determined by the contractor’s employer Artech, and varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience.
