As a Process Manager you will lead a team to ensure continued operation along with process improvements are achieved for future growth at the Talladega, AL metal processing plant.

Every day as the Process Manager you will...

• Motivate your team of associates to achieve key performance metrics related to safety, quality, productivity and profitability.
• Collaborate with others in plant to ensure the production plan matches customer demand.
• Verify your leadership team has everything they need to succeed.
• Identify gaps to plan in key performance indicators and implement countermeasures to address the gaps. 
• Identify improvement opportunities, develop, and implement strategies, and lead your team to execute the plan to get there. 
• Collaborate internally and across PSI to produce the best quality and service to our customers.
