Italian Audio Recording Expert

Role Overview

Create high-fidelity native Italian audio that helps train next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on producing reliable, real-world speech data while following detailed project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and deliver clear Italian audio with natural speech, diction, and intonation.
• Use professional-grade equipment to achieve strong sound quality and minimize background noise.
• Follow provided scripts or prompts accurately.
• Submit polished sample recordings during the initial evaluation using your best recording setup.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical contacts in writing and verbally to maintain quality and consistency.
• Provide feedback on recording guidelines and recommend improvements.
• Complete recordings on time and transfer audio files securely according to project protocols.

Qualifications

• Native-level Italian proficiency with excellent pronunciation and diction.
• At least three years of professional audio recording or voice-work experience.
• Experience using industry-standard audio hardware and software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including careful documentation and correspondence.
• Ability to produce polished samples using your own high-quality recording equipment.
• Experience with scripted audio work, including voiceover, narration, or dubbing.
• Experience on media, technology, or linguistic-data projects is a plus.

Work Terms

• Remote independent contractor engagement.
• Professional audio equipment is required for the interview and throughout the work.
• No previous AI experience is required; audio-recording expertise is the primary requirement.

Compensation

$20 to $40 per hour.
