Job Details: Level: Experienced | Job Location: 15105 6TH STREET - March Aire Reserve Base, CA 92518 | Position Type: Full Time | Education Level: Graduate Degree | Salary Range: $70,304.00 - $73,000.00 | Job Category: Nonprofit - Social Services | Associate MFT or CSW The Associate MFT or CSW assists in facilitating group therapy sessions in either a school-based setting or field based in the Orange County or Los Angeles region. Position reports directly to the Director of Behavioral Health or Project Director. FLSA Classification: Exempt Responsibilities Provide effective psychotherapeutic treatment for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, existential search for meaning, family & relationship issues, and those seeking deeper self‑awareness. Maintain quality clinical documentation of sessions. Manage increasing caseload, expected minimum of 10 clients per week over six months. Be available each week for a flexible schedule that includes Friday (and Saturday as needed). Manage weekly schedule with clients, providing flexibility for both client and therapist. Participate in weekly clinical supervision with the U.S.VETS clinical team. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications Associate Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), or an Associate Clinical Psychologist. Master of Social Work (MSW), Master of Clinical Social Work (CSW), Master of Science Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC), Master’s degree in psychology, counseling or a related field. Registered associate with CA State Board of Behavioral Science as A‑MFT, A‑CSW or A‑PCC. Interest in being part of a collaborative, holistic team with startup culture. Ability to work with a combined team of clinical staff. Excellent communication, collaboration, and punctuality skills.
