Luxury Travel Concierge Location: New York, NY Employment Type: Mostly Remote, Part-Time (Occasional In-Person as Needed) Schedule: Flexible Hours (15–20 Hours Per Week) Salary: Based on Experience Description A luxury travel practice is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Luxury Travel Concierge to support a senior advisor working with high-end clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple moving parts while delivering exceptional service. What You’ll Do Assist with planning and coordinating luxury travel experiences Book and confirm flights, hotels, and travel arrangements Communicate with hotels, vendors, and travel partners Manage itineraries, updates, and client requests Ensure all travel details are accurate and completed on time Resolve travel issues quickly and professionally Maintain organized records and track multiple trips simultaneously Requirements 1–2 years of experience in a service-oriented role (hospitality, administrative, retail, etc.) Extremely organized with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Service-minded with a proactive, “get it done” attitude Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Reliable and comfortable working remotely Willingness to learn and grow within the travel industry Important Notes This is a support role, not a senior advisor position Fast-paced, detail-oriented work environment Occasional off-hours responsiveness may be required based on client travel needs #J-18808-Ljbffr Sbhonline
