This role is a DIRECT HIRE.Set-Up and Process Technician Job SummaryPay rate: 30-40/hrShifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd are openSafely and correctly set up a line from cold shutdown to sellable product, setting temperature profiles on the extruder and die based on material and product typePerform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools as the Set-Up and Process Technician on the line, making adjustments to keep product within specSafely operate extruders, winders, pullers, cutters, ovens, and other related equipment, including basic troubleshooting like backpressure interpretation and screen changesSet-Up and Process Technician QualificationsBasic math skills and able to read/write English sufficiently to follow directions, safety instructions, and training materialsAble to correctly interpret engineering drawings and technical documentationAvailable to work any assigned shift or day, including occasional weekends, early starts, or late staysAble to lift up to 50 lbs, stand up to 8 hours, and repeatedly bend, kneel, twist, and climb ladders/stairs as neededPROMAN Staffing's goal is to create a great talent experience.
