In this support role, you will be working on the execution of key activities supporting the distribution, retail and brand marketing managers. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand presence, supporting sales growth, and delivering consistent, high-impact messaging across multiple channels and platforms. Your contributions will play a vital role in guaranteeing that our organization's brands and products effectively penetrate the target market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in B2B Marketing.
• Knowledge in the residential building industry and distribution channels a plus.
• Fluent in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) systems and Social Media Management tools.
• Exhibit strong leadership, problem solving, and time management capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a cloud-based environment.
• Experienced managing multiple sales channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with partners and internal teams.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a matrix environment

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans aligned with business objectives
• Manage content for digital and print, including product literature, product copy, web content, email campaigns, and social media
• Serve as key point of contact for internal brand messaging and communication needs.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across multiple brands within the portfolio
• Partner with product management and channel marketing to support product launches and promotional initiatives
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets
• Support retail and distributor marketing programs, including merchandising and point-of-sale materials
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Assist in trade shows, events, and customer-facing marketing activities.
• Track and optimize the performance of new and existing partnerships.
• Comfortable with travel to customer events, shows industry meetings, company onsite meetings as necessary.
• Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid potential conflicts.
• Other duties as assigned.
