Part-Time AP/AR Specialist

Location: NE Minneapolis, MN

Schedule: About 20 hours/week

Join a well-established Minneapolis manufacturing company seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional to support our accounting and administrative functions on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and vendor payments
• Generate customer invoices and assist with accounts receivable collections
• Enter and maintain accurate financial and operational data
• Reconcile records and assist with month-end accounting activities
• Support filing, document management, and administrative tasks
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding billing and payment inquiries
• Maintain accuracy across accounting and ERP systems
• Assist leadership with special projects and reporting as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ years of AP, AR, bookkeeping, data entry, or accounting support experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to help in a collaborative team environment
