Essential Functions: (includes but not limited)

• • Copy materials for temp and full-time orientations
  • Conduct full-time orientations (portion) and temporary orientations
  • Enter full-time information into Paycor; update employee information in Paycor as needed
  • Create and maintain personnel files
  • Create badges for full-time and temporary employees
  • Assist with job fairs
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct the calls to the proper person
  • Assist employees as needed
  • Perform HR duties as necessary

Qualifications and Requirements

• • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bi-Lingual Communication, a plus
  • 2 years experience in HR or similar office type environment
  • High level of professionalism
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills

Physical Requirements

• • Prolonged sitting
  • Exposure to a computer screen for a prolonged period
