Planned Giving Coordinator

Major Gifts – Virginia Beach, VA The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Planned Giving Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Planned Giving (PG) department, enabling the team to provide excellent donor experiences that increase ministry support and advance the Gospel. Will help cultivate and strengthen donor relationships through exceptional service, caring interactions, accurate gift administration, and thoughtful stewardship. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN’s Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide. The salary range for this position is $42,000-$45,000 annually. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a combination of education, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills aligned with the role requirements. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: * Experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced office environment – nonprofit, fundraising, legal, financial services, or donor relations experience preferred * General understanding of planned giving concepts, charitable gift administration, estate planning, financial services, or a willingness and ability to quickly learn planned giving principles and terminology * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) with the ability to quickly learn D365 and PG-specific administration systems * Experience working in CRM systems with a strong commitment to data accuracy and reporting integrity * Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities consistently meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities * Strong interpersonal, customer service, and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish professional rapport with donors, ministry partners, and CBN staff * Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive legal, financial, and donor information with discretion * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively as a collaborative team member * Demonstrated life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN’s non-profit Christian mission CBN is a global nonprofit ministry demonstrating the love of God by sharing the Gospel through digital content, traditional media, and humanitarian aid.
