Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, along with family counseling, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and facilitate appropriate referrals to community resources or additional support services when necessary.

• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, while adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.

• Engage in regular case conferences, peer supervision, and professional development sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure effective intervention strategies.

Qualifications\n
