Our organization is thrilled to invite a urologist to become part of our well-established community-focused urology program located in Southern Maryland! The new urologist will have the opportunity to engage in a comprehensive general urology practice, enjoy flexible operating room access, and experience an exceptionally low call volume.

Physicians will appreciate the close proximity of the clinic to the hospital, fostering a collegial environment while retaining the independence typically found in smaller community practices. With an existing patient base to take over and the chance to significantly contribute to the program's ongoing development, this role allows for a meaningful impact within the community, all while being conveniently close to downtown Washington, D.C.

• General urology role with no requirement for robotic training
• Strong outpatient volume paired with a manageable surgical caseload
• Flexible operating room access with dedicated time allocated
• Excellent work/life balance for physicians
• Shared call schedule of 1:2, with no trauma duties; approximately 95% of calls are phone consultations
• No robotic equipment currently on-site, but funding has been secured for a da Vinci 5 robot within about 18 months
• Clinic situated less than two miles from the hospital
• Opportunity to influence the future development of the urology program
• Typical clinic volume of around 25 patients daily
