Site Activation Specialist/ Contract Negotiator

IQVIA seeks a Site Activation Specialist to manage feasibility assessments, site identification, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations for clinical research studies across multiple regions. The role involves coordinating with investigative sites and internal teams while maintaining project documentation and tracking performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Execute feasibility, site activation, and maintenance activities per regulations and project requirements
• Prepare, review, and negotiate site documents and contracts with sites and sponsors
• Track and follow up progress on regulatory approvals, ethics documentation, and informed consent forms
• Update internal systems, databases, and project timelines with accurate information
• Serve as primary contact for investigative sites and distribute completed documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
• 1–3 years clinical research experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 years healthcare environment experience or equivalent education and training
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, SOPs, and contractual guidelines
• Document management and database proficiency
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation: $49,200.00 - $123,000.00 base
