Sr Site Activation Specialist

IQVIA seeks a Senior Site Activation Specialist to manage site activation activities for clinical research studies across multiple locations. The role involves coordinating between investigative sites, internal teams, and sponsors while ensuring regulatory compliance and project timelines are met.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for assigned studies between sites, managers, and project teams
• Execute feasibility, site identification, startup, and activation activities per regulations and SOPs
• Prepare and review site documents for completeness, accuracy, and quality control
• Maintain and update internal systems and databases with project-specific information
• Track progress and follow up on regulatory, ethics, consent, and investigator pack documents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field
• 3+ years clinical research experience or equivalent education and training combination
• 1+ year experience in a leadership capacity
• Knowledge of site activation processes and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with internal systems, databases, and tracking tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders

Compensation: $62,800–$157,100 base annually
