Robotics Operations Technician

About The Role We are seeking Robotics Operations Technicians to support daily robot deployment, testing, and operational activities across a variety of robotics programs. The successful candidate will help ensure robotic systems operate safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. Responsibilities Operate and monitor robotic systems during testing and production activities Perform basic troubleshooting and corrective actions Conduct routine equipment inspections Support robot deployment, setup, and operational readiness checks Collect operational data and maintain activity logs Escalate technical issues to engineering teams Verify task completion and quality standards Assist with hardware swaps and peripheral equipment replacement Maintain organized and safe work environments Requirements Technical aptitude and willingness to learn robotics systems Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg) Comfortable working in warehouse, laboratory, or industrial environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with robotics, automation, AV/ADAS, or industrial equipment Technical certification or vocational training Familiarity with operating procedures and quality systems Experience using diagnostic tools We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
