NOW HIRING: Manual Machinist | $24–$30/hr
We are seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to join a precision-focused manufacturing team.
Position OverviewThis hands-on role involves setting up and operating manual mills and lathes to produce high-quality, tight-tolerance components in a safe, quality-driven manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for a skilled machinist who takes pride in precision work and consistent quality.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate manual mills and lathes to machine precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job travelers
- Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
- Verify finished parts meet tight tolerance and quality standards
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make machine adjustments as needed
- Minimum 3 years of manual machining experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- Knowledge of speeds, feeds, tooling, and material properties
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
Pay: $24–$30/hr
