Weekly pay.Full-time and part-time openings on all shifts.Job Summary:We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our dynamic care team at Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center. As an LPN with our organization, you will provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the RN and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistant to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.Responsibilities:Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each residentMaintain current resident care plans on all residents under your careFollow physician's orders and render and/or assist with complete nursing care, treatments, dressings, and other physician ordersTranscribe physician's orders promptly and accuratelyReview patient records daily to assure accuracy and completenessDocument comprehensive and complete nursing notesVisit each resident daily to evaluate resident needsMaintain accurate awareness of residents on alert listDocument and report any unusual or significant findings; contact the physician when necessaryAdminister medication according to procedureMaintain an accurate and safe control of all drugs for which you are responsibleInitiate any and all emergency procedures as necessaryDemonstrate correct safety techniquesRespect and take care of facility equipment and not wasteful of suppliesContribute to effective communication and pleasant working conditionsContribute to and promote positive resident and family relationsComply with facility Privacy Practices Policies & Procedures, protecting residents' individual health informationContinue growth and expand job knowledgeDemonstrate leadership skillsOther duties assigned by managerRequirements:Must be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN programMust be CPR certifiedMust possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this stateA minimum, one (1) year experience in a hospital, long-term care facility or other related health care facility is preferableNew graduates welcome!Benefits:Weekly PayHoliday & Overtime PayCareer Advancement OpportunitiesExclusive Employer Discount Program401(k) with Employer MatchAvailable for Full-Time Staff:Employer-Paid Life InsuranceVacation and Personal TimeHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceWe are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
