These associates will play a critical role in advocating for employees facing workplace disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage issues. If you are passionate about advocating for employee rights and possess the relevant experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Responsibilities:Represent clients in litigation under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) and other employment-related claims.Conduct thorough investigations and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and client correspondence.Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategic case development, trial preparation, and client communications.Engage in legal research and provide clients with informed and strategic legal advice.Mentor junior associates and paralegals within the team.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in relevant plaintiff-side employment law, with a combination of associate and paralegal experience considered valuable.Proven track record in handling complex employment cases, particularly under FEHA.Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.Commitment to a client-focused approach and a passion for advocating for employee rights.Compensation:The annual compensation range for these positions are between $120,000 - $180,000 annually plus discretionary, performance-based bonuses.Client Profile:The firm is a prominent California-based boutique law firm known for its dedication to employment law.
