Labor and Employment Associate - OSHA

Overview A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate with 3-6 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for its Los Angeles, CA office. The ideal candidate will have a background in OSHA compliance, enforcement, and related litigation, including managing on-site inspections and agency interactions. Responsibilities Manage OSHA compliance and enforcement matters. Conduct litigation, including depositions, discovery, and motion practice. Engage in environmental compliance and litigation. Collaborate with partners on case strategy and management. Requirements 3-6 years of OSHA, MSHA, Environmental, and Whistleblower experience. Litigation experience preferred. Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Admission to the State Bar or ability to waive in. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
