Labor Employment Associate

Schein Law Group guides clients through various legal disputes, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and labor and employment matters. Role Description This is a full-time role as an Employment Associate at Schein Law Group. The role involves handling day-to-day tasks related to labor and employment law, including drafting and responding to discovery, drafting and opposing motions, appearing in court, conducting and defending depositions, conducting legal research, representing clients in employment litigation matters, and providing guidance on employment and labor laws. While the role is primarily located in Beverly Hills, some remote work flexibility is available. Qualifications 3-20 years of experience in Employment Litigation and/or Commercial Litigation Strong understanding of California and Federal Employment Law Research skills in legal matters Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Membership in the State Bar of California #J-18808-Ljbffr Schein Law Group
