The role offers significant responsibility, client engagement, and opportunities for long-term career growth.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in California, in good standing3-5 years of substantive litigation experience with wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and single-plaintiff employment claimsArbitration, mediation, or trial experience is required.FEHA, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, as well as whistleblower matters, is preferredStrong research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters concurrentlySoft skills: Excellent communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills, along with a collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality client serviceKey ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in labor and employment litigation mattersDraft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation filingsParticipate in discovery, including depositions, document review, and preparation of discovery responsesConduct legal research on wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and single-plaintiff employment claims, and related statutory frameworksAssist with case strategy, risk assessment, and litigation planning in collaboration with senior attorneysSupport clients across a range of industries on complex employment-related litigation mattersWhy Join Us?This role provides the opportunity to work within a nationally-recognized Employment Litigation practice at a premier international firm.
