Field-Based Community Health Advocate
Molina Healthcare
Molina Healthcare is seeking a Community Health Worker to support local member advocacy, helping underserved populations navigate health plans and access community resources. You will meet members in homes, shelters, and provider offices, and collaborate with the care team on non-clinical duties. This role requires field travel 50-80% and a strong commitment to customer service. Prior CHW experience and a valid license are preferred, with opportunities to support additional health programs as #J-18808-Ljbffr
