Quick Facts Location: Gastonia, NC (2525 Court Drive) Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent placement Shift: 20 hours/day coverage (schedule to be discussed) Hours/Week: Full-time Employment Type: Permanent employment Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) only Experience: Minimum 2 years as NNP (excluding RN experience) Pay Rate: $1.00/hour Benefits: Competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, life & disability insurance, 401(k) with match, employee stock purchase program, paid leave, licensure/reimbursement, and additional benefits What You’ll Do Provide high-quality neonatal care within a 16-bed Level III NICU setting Collaborate closely with neonatologists and the care team to manage approximately 320 admissions annually Help cover the newborn nursery and support family-centered care in a state-of-the-art facility Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans Assist with patient assessments, monitoring, and interventions in a fast-paced environment Support new staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives as needed What You Need Current Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) license in NC 2+ years of recent NNP experience, excluding RN background Strong neonatal clinical skills and collaborative approach Excellent communication and teamwork abilities About the Assignment Join a well-established, award-winning hospital recognized for its innovative design and exceptional neonatal services.
