FORKLIFT DRIVER

Forklift DriverOperates a rider-type industrial forklift to pick up, move, place, and position all kinds of materials. May manually load, unload, re-stack materials, and assist in other production-related tasks as needed. Performs routine servicing of equipment such as fueling, changing batteries, hooking up the battery charger, and checking fluid levels and tires.Uphold a positive work environment that follows Goodwill's Amazing Customer Experience (ACE) culture, Values, and Mission in everything you do and every interaction you have with co-workers, clients, customers, and management.Adheres to all safety policies and procedures. Displays safe driving habits at all times.Reviews materials and supplies inventory movement list to determine priorities and sequence of pick-ups and deliveries.Loads trucks/trailers with proper weight balances and accurately accounts for the weight and quantity described on load logs.Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.Qualifications - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Minimum requirement: general educational background without high school completion, plus 0 to 6 months related experience and/or training.Outside or inside working environment, wherein there are potentially hazardous working conditions and life-threatening situations exist (fire, chemicals, electrical sources, heights, dangerous people, etc.), part of the time.
