This full-time contract role is perfect for an enthusiastic paraprofessional ready to provide direct assistance in a vibrant school environment. You’ll work closely with a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), helping to ensure students receive quality support during a maternity leave.

Your assignment will begin as soon as possible and continue through November 11th, 2026. Please note: the paraprofessional placement is contingent on securing a maternity leave SLP, making collaboration and adaptability important assets for success.

What We’re Seeking:

• Experience or passion for working in educational settings, particularly as a paraprofessional
• Associate’s degree or a minimum of 60 college credit hours
• Comfort and proficiency in assisting virtual professionals, especially SLPs
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to foster inclusive, supportive learning experiences for diverse student populations

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting a virtual SLP in delivering service to students
• Supporting implementation of individualized education programs and activities
• Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to supervising staff
• Facilitating meaningful student participation in assigned activities
• Maintaining confidentiality and professional standards at all times
