Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active North Carolina SLP license (required for consideration)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Previous experience in K-12 school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
• Conduct thorough assessments and maintain timely documentation
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide engaging, evidence-based therapy
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, counselors, and parents
• Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed
• Educate staff and families on communication development and strategies
• Maintain accurate records and comply with district policies
