3rd Shift Mold & Process Technician

PROMAN Staffing is hiring a Mold Technician / Process Technician for a manufacturing facility located in Arnold, MO. This position plays a key role in supporting production by ensuring molding processes are running efficiently, safely, and producing quality parts.

Location: Arnold, MO Schedule- 3rd Shift Sunday: Thursday 11:45PM - 8AM Pay: $18.00/hr - $34.00/hr.-Based upon experience

What You'll Do:

• Set up, adjust, and maintain injection molding machines and processes
• Troubleshoot molding issues, defects, and downtime to keep production moving
• Monitor product quality and make process adjustments to reduce scrap
• Ensure machines are running within production and cycle time standards
• Communicate with engineers, technicians, and operators on production, safety, and quality issues
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production schedules
• Assign and support floor personnel as needed to maintain workflow
• Perform start-ups, changeovers, and process adjustments
• Complete required end-of-shift documentation and production reports
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Prior injection molding or process technician experience preferred
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience in manufacturing or plastics
• Ability to troubleshoot machines and processes independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Must be able to stand for full shifts and lift 50100 lbs
• Ability to manage multiple machines or priorities at once
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
• Reliable transportation and attendance are non-negotiable

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing setting with varying temperatures
• Overtime and extended hours may be required based on production needs
