Job DescriptionTeam Lead|Carrollton, TX| Now HiringCompensation: $24.00 per hour - depending on experienceAvailable Shifts:7PM-7AM7AM-7PM12 hours2-2-3 scheduleTEXT TO APPLY NUMBER: 928-668-6539 (928-NOVOLEX)Essential duties and responsibilities:Troubleshoots complex/critical processes or equipment and provides a hands-on approach to resolve.Responsible for the safety of all employees within the department.Support activities to increase safety awareness, boost morale.Supervise Operators and monitor run conditions of production lines.Assess training needs and administer training as necessary.Assess talent and ensure the development of the team.Communicate effectively with all levels of operation.Responsible for ensuring all production capacities are met.Responsible for ensuring that only quality products are produced and distributed.Maintains good housekeeping of the production facility.Assists with employee performance evaluations and may counsel employees as needed.Completes daily attendance reports for the department.Manages problem-solving and continuous improvement for 1 Value Stream of product families.
