This role focuses on ensuring efficient workflow, operational excellence, and adherence to production standards.Key Responsibilities:Execute daily production plans and meet operational goalsSupervise line setup and ensure smooth production flowMonitor productivity, quality, safety, and GMP/SOP complianceEnsure orders are completed accurately and on time, with yield loss trackedCoordinate plan changes with supervisors and other departmentsAddress shortages, damages, and production issuesSupport training, cross-training, and team developmentCollect and review production data and reportsMake real-time adjustments to staffing, schedules, and equipment as neededDaily Duties:Review production, quality, and productivity reportsTrack staffing and update production boards/systemsMonitor all department operations (Assembly, Kitchen, Prep, Pizza, Picking, Housekeeping)Conduct product and operations review meetingsAssign and support employee trainingWeekly Duties:Create and manage schedules for lines, departments, and employeesReview performance and production data reportsParticipate in internal operations meetingsAdditional Responsibilities:Perform other duties as assigned.The Company reserves the right to modify, add, or remove duties and responsibilities of this role as needed to meet business requirements.Qualifications:Required:1+ years of production experience in the food manufacturing industryEnglish and Spanish proficiency in both oral and writtenMicrosoft Office proficiencyActively listens and communicates clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms, adapting to the audience as neededExcellent at relationship building and interpersonal effectivenessAbility to lead team and motivate employeesDemonstrates reliability, organization, and attention to quality and standardsTime management and task prioritization skillsExperience working with USDA and FDA regulatory requirements and compliance processesKnowledge and experience of HACCP and GMPAbility to work onsite (remote work is not an option)Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis at the time the employment begins and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status. This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization.Work Environment and Workplace:Work is primarily performed in an indoor environment, including kitchen, manufacturing, and warehouse settingsThe role may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, regular exposure to conditions such as hot and cold temperatures, humidity, and confined spaces depending on job dutiesThe noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to highPhysical Requirement:Must be able to remain in a stationary position and/or move for extended periodsPerform repetitive hand and arm movements to operate food processing, packaging, or sanitation equipmentSafely handle raw materials, ingredients, finished products, and packaging materials in a production settingLift, transport, maneuver materials, or equipment weighing up to approximately 50 poundsBend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach frequently to access materials, equipment, and work areasMaintain visual acuity to read labels, monitors, safety indicators, documents, and production instructionsWork in environments that may include exposure to food ingredients, cleaning agents, temperature-controlled areas (hot/cold), and moderate to high noise levelsSafely operate motorized vehicles or equipment within the facility as neededAbility to differentiate between color-coded materials used in sorting, labeling, or quality verification processesCommunicate effectively using speech, written language, hearing, and visual observation in person, by phone, and via virtual platformsTravel Requirements:No travel is required for this positionTemp-to-Hire Employment:Conversion to direct employment is not guaranteed and generally occurs after 3-6 months based on satisfactory performance and business needs.
