LTC Staff Pharmacist | Levittown, Pennsylvania

An opportunity is available for experienced Pharmacy Technicians to support long-term care pharmacy operations in the Levittown, PA area. These roles are contract to hire, offering a pathway to permanent employment after a 13-week engagement. Immediate availability is highly desirable given the urgent need to fill multiple positions.


Location: Levittown, PA (near Philadelphia)


Schedule/Hours:

• Morning shifts: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (eKit preparation, prepack duties)
• Filling shifts: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM and 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package medications accurately to meet long-term care pharmacy standards
• Perform prepack and eKit assembly as assigned
• Fill prescriptions efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance
• Coordinate with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth workflow during assigned shifts

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 6 months pharmacy technician experience, preferably in long-term care or institutional settings
• PTCB certification preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to adapt quickly to high-volume operations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in medication handling
