You will apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills across all aspects of nursing practice, serving as a clinician, teacher, researcher, leader, and lifelong learner. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure every patient receives the highest quality care in alignment with the American Nurses Association standards, the Florida Nurse Practice Act, and our organizational mission and values. Requirements Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required. Associates or Bachelors' preferred. Experience Requirements: Experience required. Qualified individuals will successfully complete the competency assessment. Experience requirements may vary by department. Certification Requirements: Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. For units that require American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. Certification requirements may vary by department.
