Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
• Active Massachusetts Special Education Teacher license
• Previous experience supporting K-8 students preferred
• Ability to adapt to evolving classroom environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and individualized support to K-8 students with a variety of learning needs
• Develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Maintain compliance with state and federal special education guidelines
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
