Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services for patients with acute care needs using individualized care plans.
• Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans to meet the patient’s rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation techniques.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery.
• Participate in weekend rotation scheduling with full-time therapy staff members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of acute care experience required.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• Experience with Epic or similar charting systems required.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Experience in outpatient clinic, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong skills in assessment, evaluation, and discharge planning.
