Sales Account Specialist

To support sales growth, the full-time Inside Sales Account Specialist will manage customer relationships, drive revenue through proactive account management, and utilize Salesforce for pipeline management in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Introduce and sell HID products to new and existing customers while achieving sales quotas Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage customer inquiries across various channels Conduct product presentations, negotiate terms, and close business opportunities effectively Required qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, territory management, or customer service Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred 4+ years of sales experience in the Access Control marketplace is preferred
