Financial Planning Analyst

Our client is a leading financial services organization seeking a skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to financial planning and analysis initiatives that support business operations, reporting, and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making. Assist with annual budget preparation, monitor budget performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Develop financial models and forecasts to evaluate future financial performance and support business initiatives. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial performance and business trends. Prepare and present clear financial reports and insights to senior management. Assist with consolidation of global financial results for reporting purposes. Support financial reporting systems and help maintain FP&A reporting structures. Update FX rates within financial systems on a monthly basis. Identify financial risks and support strategies to improve financial performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive effective financial processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance. Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial reporting tools and systems. Experience working with financial systems such as Cube, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, Workday, UKG, or similar platforms. Experience with FX rates and global financial reporting preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
