What You'll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and reconditioning on farm equipment
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and precision ag systems
• Independently identify equipment issues and determine repair solutions
• Support and mentor junior technicians as needed
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Accurately document work orders and service reports
• Utilize advanced diagnostic software, technical manuals, and electronic parts catalogs
• Collaborate with service, parts, and sales teams to support customer satisfaction
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience repairing agricultural, diesel, or heavy equipment
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Diesel engines
  • Hydraulics
  • Electrical systems
  • Precision agriculture technology
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workflow efficiently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to professionalism, safety, and customer service

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds without assistance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a shop environment
• Safety-minded with strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving status
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
