Revenue Operations Sales Leader/FieldSales Trainer

Client Summary Tech-enabled homecare company focused on complex patient needs Specializes in supporting patients nearing the end of life Works with healthcare organizations to improve outcomes for high-risk populations Combines technology and human care to enhance experience and efficiency Committed to being a trusted partner while delivering compassionate care Position Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage a scalable sales program aligned with company goals Build and oversee Salesforce CRM infrastructure, including forecasting, reporting, compliance, and process management Develop and lead sales training programs for frontline teams; coach to performance improvement Refine and scale value propositions, call scripts, and outreach playbooks Provide ongoing data collection and analytics to guide market segmentation, territory planning, and account prioritization Ensure sales tools, collateral, and messaging are optimized and up to date Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and clinical teams to align messaging and referral strategy Monitor KPIs across the sales funnel — from activity to conversion — and implement continuous improvements Experience & Skills Required Experience and Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or field sales training Proven ability to build or revamp a sales program from scratch Deep proficiency in Salesforce; able to manage dashboards, compliance, workflows, and forecasting Strong understanding of sales strategy, coaching, tools, and analytics Comfortable training and supporting frontline sales staff in the field Data- and process-driven mindset with high attention to detail Experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare sales highly preferred Exposure to larger, structured sales organizations (e.g., ADP, Paychex) is a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex concepts and influence cross-functional teams Preferred Experience and Qualifications Technically inclined and obsessed with data, compliance, and CRM accuracy Collaborative and proactive with a strong sense of ownership Focused on sales performance but grounded in people and process Able to juggle execution while thinking strategically about what’s next Passionate about improving care in serious illness and hospice settings Compensation $150k-$200k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation #J-18808-Ljbffr Direct Recruiters Inc.
