Assistant Accounting Manager — Lead Bookkeeping & Month-End Close

TopMark Funding, LLC

TopMark Funding is seeking an experienced Assistant Accounting Manager to join our Whittier, CA office. You will oversee the full bookkeeping cycle, supervise AP/AR staff, and ensure accurate financial statements and timely month-end closes. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of accounting experience, mastery of QuickBooks Enterprise (desktop), and strong Excel skills.
