Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + Bonus
Flexibility may be available for candidates with additional relevant experience.

Hybrid Schedule: 4 Days In Office / 1 Day Remote

Our client, a highly respected commercial real estate company, is seeking a Property Accountant to join its growing team. Responsibilities

Perform month-end close activities for an assigned property portfolio
Prepare journal entries, accruals, tenant billings, and account reconciliations
Analyze financial results and budget variances
Review lease agreements and ensure accurate tenant billing
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and CAM reconciliations
Support acquisitions, dispositions, and other special projects
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Qualifications
Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
2+ years of accounting experience
Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

CPA or active CPA candidate
Public accounting experience, particularly from a local or regional firm
Commercial real estate or property accounting experience
Experience with Yardi or similar accounting software
