Lawn Care TechnicianArborist Enterprises is looking for a Lawn Care Technician to join our team. This is hands-on outdoor work focused on helping homeowners maintain healthy, green lawns. Through our application you will help provide great service to our customers.If you enjoy working outside, like staying active, and take pride in doing quality work, this could be a great fit. Lawn care or landscaping experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.This is a full time seasonal position.What You'll DoApply fertilizer, weed control, and other lawn care productsHelp maintain healthy, green lawns throughout the seasonIdentify common lawn weeds, pests, and turf issuesOperate lawn care equipment and application equipmentFollow product labels and safety procedures when applying lawn care productsCommunicate with customers and provide great customer serviceKeep equipment clean and in good working conditionWork independently and as part of a team to complete daily routesWhat We're Looking ForLawn care experience is a plusA Pennsylvania Category 07 Pesticide Applicator License is a plus, but not requiredWillingness to learn about lawn care products, applications, and turf healthComfortable working outside in different weather conditionsAble to lift about 50 pounds and stay active throughout the dayValid driver's license is requiredGood attitude and someone who works well independentlySomeone who is dependable, shows up on time, and takes pride in their workGood communication and customer service skillsWhat You'll GetCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurance starting Day 1401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysTraining and the opportunity to earn your pesticide applicator license if neededChance to learn new skills and grow with the companyArborist Enterprises provides professional tree, shrub care, landscaping and lawn care services with a strong focus on safety, quality work, and taking care of our customers.
