Now Hiring: Office Assistant
We are Expanding! Corridor Motors a small, family-owned auto dealership looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly Office Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and like helping wherever needed, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to all departments
- Answer phones and greet customers with a positive attitude
- File paperwork and maintain organized records
- Data entry and document processing
- Assist with vehicle paperwork and general office tasks
- Help keep daily operations running smoothly
- Assist with Collections and account services
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Experience with Collections and skip tracing
- Previous office or customer service experience
