PART TIME Patient Administrative Coordinator
NYC area | Evenings & Weekends | $40–$45/hour

Keta Medical Center is looking for a Part Time Patient Administrative Coordinator to join our New York City area clinics.
About Keta Medical Center
Keta Medical Center is redefining how mental healthcare is delivered through innovative ketamine therapy, integrated psychiatric care and ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
Our patient administrative team plays a critical role in creating exceptional experiences and keeping our clinics running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and create a warm, professional experience from the moment patients start through their trajectory at KETA MC.
- Manage check-in/check-out, payments, scheduling, and patient communications.
- Answer calls and respond to patient questions with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate closely with clinicians, billing, marketing and other teams.
- Maintain accurate patient information and records while following HIPAA requirements.
- Support insurance and billing-related administrative tasks.
- Identify problems, take initiative, and ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
- Learn and use healthcare technology, EMR, scheduling, and CRM systems.

Schedule
Evenings: Friday evening 5PM - 9:30PM
Weekends: Saturday and Sunday 9:00AM-9:30PM
Part-time scheduling makes this an excellent opportunity for students or individuals looking for a meaningful opportunity.
Compensation & Benefits
$40–$45/hour
Travel reimbursement may be available for assignments at distant Keta locations when required.
