Your work will involve understanding client goals, managing accounts, and utilizing effective strategies to build trust and loyalty.Responsibilities- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to confirm needs are met and provide exceptional service- Utilizing market research and digital marketing strategies to engage clients and capture new business opportunities- Managing accounts and employing effective strategies to build trust and loyalty with clients- Leading teams in planning, budgeting, and executing projects to meet organizational targets- Analyzing and identifying opportunities for process improvement and business growth- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver on client expectations- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery and encourage team adoption- Addressing conflicts or issues by engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirementsWhat You Must Have- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree- At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for a Bachelor's degree- Excelling in client management and relationship building- Demonstrating proficiency in CRM software and digital analytics- Utilizing strategic questioning and analytical thinking- Managing budgetary and financial planning effectively- Leading project management and proposal coordination- Embracing change and innovation in client strategiesTravel RequirementsUp to 20%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
