This position will be one of multiple Project Integrators/Managers for a mission focused team, providing critical technical, administrative, and operational oversight to assigned projects and tasks. The candidate is responsible for overseeing multiple projects.Responsibilities:o Manager for a small team of Project Integrators. Conduct corporate management responsibilities such as timecard and time off approvals, performance conversations, and relaying communication with the program manager.o Provide overarching program management supporto Manage project schedules and system deployment tracking and coordinationo Attends and contributes to Sponsor related project control gates that utilize Project Management Framework (PMF)o Track Team/Project Action Items in Customer's PM Toolo Facilitate/monitor project purchasing, documentation and researcho Develop project schedules, timelines and coordinate/communicate with Customer, field site point of contacts and team memberso Initiate/follow up with field communications as necessaryo Develop and present briefingso Produce Project Management Review (PMR) slides for weekly reviewo Leverage experience across the Customer organization, Group, and external offices to complete project deliverableso Create/update project documentation to include PMF deliverableso Coordinate with Customer’s security elements for Project Certification and Accreditationo Manage resource/office access requirementsQualifications:Required:o Demonstrated experience working well with large diverse teams, alone and with mission partners as requiredo Minimum of 10+ years of related experienceo Experience managing multiple priorities and completing administrative functionso Excellent written and oral communication skillso Ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously in a rapidly paced environmento Experience working within Customer's Project Management Framework (PMF)o Ability to Incorporates/Implement changes to scheduleo Working knowledge of Customer’s organization, internal policies and processeso Project Organization/trackingo Expert with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointo Willing to “go the extra mile” in customer service and effort in ensuring that time critical requirements are meto Ability to work as part of a team of very strong personalities in a very dynamic environmento Highly mission orientedo Top Secret/SCI w/Poly RequiredDesired:o ITIL Certificationso PMP Certificationso Understanding of Wide Area Networking concepts and technologieso Understanding of service management and delivery best practicesThis position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
